3x3 11 gauge steel and 3/4" hardware makes this an incredibly solid Wall Mount with modular functionality and a wide variety of customization options.  Plastic protection on both sides of the J-Hooks helps protect the bar and uprights from scratching and wear.

American Barbell Wall Mount systems are an effective solution for the training center or Affiliate looking to maximize both budget and space, without sacrificing quality and durability.  For maximum stability we recommend bolting unit to a concrete wall/similar.

• Construction: 3x3 11 gauge steel with 3/4" hardware 
• Modular design allows for bar muscle-ups on all pull-up bars and makes it easy to expand and reconfigure.
• Unit must be anchored to the wall and floor.
