This makes for a solid, durable training bar built for a range of lifts, including squats, bench press, deadlifts, rows and more. The shaft is built from stainless steel for added durability and features a high-quality, precise knurl pattern for an excellent grip.
Note: the knurling on the Gym Bar does not fully extend to the inner side of the collar.

It’s an incredible bar! The black emblem is sleek and the overall appearance is top notch. The sleeves move really well and spin just like you‘ll want. It’s sturdy for all your big power lifts but has a little whip in it.
