 How do I track the status of my order? Orders are expected to ship within approximately 4-5 days of placement and are processed in the order they are received.  Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information included.

 I’m a Las Vegas local and would like to pick my order up instead of have it shipped, can I do this? Yes, however, please do NOT place your order online. Please email support@americanbarbell.com for further assistance with a will-call order.

 Which areas are covered for free shipping deals during the sale period?  Free shipping is available in the lower 48 states only.  Shipping outside of the continental US will not be available, unfortunately, during the sale.

 What is the return policy for items purchased during the sale? All sales are final; no returns/exchanges.

 What if there is damage to my product when it arrives? Please direct all inquiries to our Customer Support Team at support@americanbarbell.com Please reference your order number and include photos of the damage and description.

 Is expedited shipping available? Expedited shipping is not available for this sale, unfortunately.

 I am interested in a different color Cerakote Barbell than ones shown on sale.  Are there different color options to choose from? No, what is currently listed is what will be available for this sale.

 I am interested in purchasing something not listed online.  Can I be put on a waiting list? Due to the current environment and high demand, we are not currently taking pre-orders, but please check our website as it is updated frequently.

Closeout and Blemished FAQs

What are they? 

These are new, seconds quality barbells & equipment. Items may have minor cosmetic issues such as finish blemishes or slight inconsistencies. All equipment is guaranteed to arrive in ready to train with condition.  Note, however, they do often vary (features, markings, etc.) from our first tier bars and other equipment. 

Will my closeout bar have center knurl? 

It is possible, though not likely unless you purchase a Power Lifting barbell.   

Will my closeout bar have dual-knurl rings? 

This feature varies and cannot be guaranteed in this category 

Will my closeout bar have a recessed weld (vs conventional sleeve design)? 

This feature varies and cannot be guaranteed. 

Will my closeout bar have branded end caps? 

It is possible but cannot be guaranteed.  Additionally, SS sleeves (on select bars - OB20-IPF-P, OB20-GB-P) cannot take a traditional end-cap due to its design. 

Does my closeout items come with a warranty? 

No, closeout & blemished equipment are final sale, no warranty.
