RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

 

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

PARTIAL REFUNDS 

 

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted if applicable: 

  1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  2. Certain items may require a signature upon delivery. If customers are unable to accept delivery after multiple attempts, and the item(s) are subsequently returned to American Barbell, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of those items. 
  3. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, excluding orders that have already shipped. Orders canceled outside of this period, including orders canceled after processing or shipment, may be subject to return shipping fees or restocking fees.
  4. Used items are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. 

REFUNDS 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

 

If you have not received a refund yet, please follow these steps: 

  1. Check your bank account. 
  2. Contact your credit card company. 
  3. Contact your bank. 

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us. 

SALES/CLOSEOUT ITEMS

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sales/closeout items cannot be refunded. Closeout sales, including sales items, are final, and no returns or exchanges are allowed. 

EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us. 

SHIPPING

 

Continental US customers will be responsible for return shipping costs only. However, if an exchanged item is shipped via freight, there will be a return shipping cost. Please note that return shipping rates may differ from the original rate at the time of purchase. 

International customers will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed or for an exchange to be sent.
