Overall, these are good urethane bumper plates. You probably already watched the review by Coop, if not, look up his video titled "The Best Bumper Plates I've Ever Used..." on YouTube.
Like Coop says, these are slick.
The hole through the hub is machined so there are tiny grooves. This is unlike regular bumper plates that have a smooth insert. When you put these on and take them off the bar, they are LOUD and they scratch up the bar (I have an AB Mammoth bar with chrome sleeves and it scratches).
The hubs look nice and because of that you want to avoid scratching them up. Hard to do with a metal horizontal bumper rack (search AB for what I'm talking about).
Wish they made 10's and 15's.
