The American Barbell Glute Ham Develop is an incredibly stable and secure piece of equipment. CanadaThis is one of the best GHD machines i ever used. Stable, easy to use, and the adjustability is exceptional. The only draw back is that the foot plate wiggles a bit, but after using it for quite some time, i can to realize that once you have your feet flat on the plate during the exercise, it stops the plate from moving. I still would like to see a more stable foot plate.
This GHD is a phenomenal value - I bought one for my gym recently, but should have bought three. The slider adjusts very smoothly and easily, but locks in place without any unwanted movement. There are no pins to screw in, you don't have to yank it in place, etc. as with many other GHD's I've used in the past. Really great product.
Was shopping for a GHD for months... I'm 6'3" and I needed a heavy duty set up with over sized pads... Found it during the holiday Black Friday sale... Couldn't be happier... Solid, heavy, and fits my frame... Going to last for years... Really like the quick adjustability of the slider... Works perfect!
